Moby Door Pty. Limited will form the pilot company for a franchise with the same name.  Deployment in all  Australian states, as well as New Zealand, is on the cards.

​The franchise is positioned to take advantage of the following opportunities: -
1 )  Because of the many business attritions from the COVID 19 pandemic, people will be looking for a relatively cheap way to enter a business that is easy to operate and does not require prior trade certification.
2 ) This business targets a market sector where sales margins are very high so it leaves a lot of room to maneuver with regards to competitive costs.
3 ) The business also addresses and provides effective remedies to weaknesses centered on manufacturing and installation delays that currently characterize most of the competition.

  1. At this stage, we are prepared to give suppliers and  venture capital investors a shareholding of 10% for every $60,000 USD contribution in stock made with a cap on 39% 
  2. A model for securing capital investment with stock acquired, backed by take off agreements with competitors for purchase of the stock at a profit is available.
  3. Expressions of interest will attract disclosure of the latest business plan and financials as well as company constitution and shareholding,  for assessment and due diligence purposes. A confidentiality IP and non circumvention agreement is mandatory. 
  4. Should an offer be taken up, we will generate the necessary resolution, shareholding certification and lodgement with the Australian Securities and Investment Commission.​
